Who we are

Coook! is operated from Slovenia and available at coook-app.com. You can reach us at support@coook-app.com. Using the service means you accept these terms.

What the service does

You give Coook! a link to a publicly available cooking video or recipe page. Coook! reads what that post already contains — its written caption, its published recipe data, and the words spoken in the video — and writes out a structured recipe for your own use: ingredients with amounts, the method in order, and estimated nutrition.

Coook! does not host, copy or redistribute anyone's video. It links back to the original post, and it only reads posts that are already public.

Accuracy, and cooking safely

Recipes are produced automatically. Amounts, timings and nutrition figures are interpretations and estimates, and they can be wrong. Always use your own judgement — particularly with cooking temperatures, raw meat, eggs and fish, and anything involving an allergy.

Nutrition figures are rough estimates for general interest. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice, and should not be relied on for any medical purpose.

If a recipe looks wrong, it probably is. Every recipe page links to the original post so you can check it.

Your account

You need an account to use Coook!, you must be old enough to hold one under the law where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself.

Don't use Coook! to republish other people's recipes commercially, to scrape at scale, or to work around the limits of the free tier.

Free tier and subscription

Every account gets 2 free recipes. After that, making new recipes requires a subscription: €9.99 per month or €29.99 per year. Everything you have already made — your history, saved recipes, meal plan and shopping list — stays available whether or not you subscribe.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and prices include VAT where it applies.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from the Account page. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We refund in full within 30 days of payment, no questions asked. Request it from your account page and we handle the rest.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. By subscribing and immediately using the service you agree that performance begins straight away; you may still contact us within 14 days and we will deal with refund requests fairly. Beyond that, email support@coook-app.com and we will sort out anything that has clearly gone wrong.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. That removes your recipes, meal plan and shopping list, and cancels any active subscription.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts the service at risk. If we do, we will tell you why.

Liability

Coook! is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or that every recipe will be correct. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Slovenian law applies.
